การวิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา

Abstract

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและบุคลากร และ 3) เปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและบุคลากร ศึกษาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 20 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 164 คน และครูผู้สอน 305 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบ โดยใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t-test)

   ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ (1) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิชาการ จากความเห็นชอบของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ 15 พฤติกรรม ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดพันธกิจของโรงเรียน มี 2 พฤติกรรม 2) การจัดการด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน มี 5 พฤติกรรม และ 3) คุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการและการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศทางวิชาการของโรงเรียน มี 8 พฤติกรรม (2) ผลการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน ทุกองค์ประกอบ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติจริงตามองค์ประกอบฯ โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อพิจารณารายองค์ประกอบ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่องค์ประกอบที่ 2 และ 3 โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

   The objectives of this study aimed to 1) analyze instructional leadership factors of administrators of Phrapariyattidhamma schools in General Education Division, 2) study the level of actual performance regarding the factors, and 3) compare the level of actual performance regarding the factors. Interviewing with 20 experts was conducted to analyze and identify the factors, and data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, and content analysis. Questionnaires were used to collect the quantitative data in order to study the level of actual performance regarding the factors. The data were given by 2 groups of sample population comprising; 164 administrators and 305 teachers from 164 schools, and were analyzed by 14X">  and S.D. And t-test was used to compare of actual performance regarding the factors.

   The research results were as follows: (1) Instructional leadership factors consisted of 3 factors, 15 behaviors: 1) to define the school mission, 2 behaviors; 2) to manage the curriculum and the instructional program, 5 behaviors; and 3) the characteristics of instructional leadership and to promote school climate, 8 behaviors. (2) In general, the level of performance regarding factors, was at a high level. (3) When comparing the level of actual performance regarding factors, it turned out that the general mean difference fell at a significance level of .05. While considering each factors, the first factor, did not have any mean difference, but the second and third factors had mean difference at a significance level of .05.
