การบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียน

Abstract

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียน และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพที่ปฏิบัติจริงกับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียน จำนวนรวม 250 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง (Semi-Structured Interview) สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

   ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียนอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยที่ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนมาเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา  ส่วนด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาหลักสูตรมาเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย  สำหรับสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน โดยที่ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนมาเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา  ส่วนด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาหลักสูตรมาเป็นอันดับสุดท้าย และ   2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนเครือซาเลเซียน พบว่า ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการโดยภาพรวมสูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบัน สำหรับรายด้านนั้น ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาหลักสูตรมีความแตกต่างกันสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ ส่วนอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา  จากการสัมภาษณ์ สรุปได้ว่าผู้บริหารควรจัดครูผู้สอนที่มีความสามารถให้เข้าสอนตรงตามวิชาเอก ควรมีการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนก่อนเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามศักยภาพ มีการดำเนินการประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง และสนับสนุนการศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาหลักสูตรจากโรงเรียนที่ประสบความสำเร็จ เป็นต้น

   The purposes of this research were to study the academic affairs of Salesian Schools and to compare the present and expected state of academic affairs of Salesian Schools. The sample population included administrators and teachers, 250 in total. The research instruments were questionnaires and semi-structured interview. The statistics were used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,   t-test and content analysis.

   The research results found that: 1) The present state of academic affairs in Salesian Schools was at the high level both overall and in each aspect. The learning and teaching arrangement came first, followed by educational supervision, but the administering and curriculum development came last. The expected state of academic affairs in Salesian Schools was at the highest level both overall and in each aspect. The learning and teaching arrangement came first, followed by educational supervision, but the administering and curriculum development came last. 2) The comparison of academic affairs between the present and expected state both overall and in each aspect, were different at a significant level of 0.05, The curriculum development has the highest level of difference followed by academic planning, learning and teaching arrangement respectively, while educational supervision had the lowest level of difference.  And from the interview, we can conclude that the administrators should arrange competent teachers according to their major, planning the instruction for students’ development according to their potencies, performing authentic assessment and enhancing internship on administration and curriculum development from the successful schools.
