ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันของครู โรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา จังหวัดสระบุรี

Abstract

  การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา จังหวัดสระบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา จังหวัดสระบุรี ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา จำนวน 45 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.56สวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Regression Analysis)

   ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1)สระดับความผูกพันของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านมีความผูกพันของครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการทุ่มเทความพยายามในการทำการสอน และปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆให้กับโรงเรียน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ได้แก่ ความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโรงเรียน 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลทางบวกต่อความผูกพันของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ในงาน ปัจจัยด้านบทบาทหน้าที่ในการทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างของโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ โดยปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ตัวสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความผูกพันของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลบุญเกื้อวิทยาได้ร้อยละ 76.6

   This research was conducted using a descriptive research method. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of employee engagement of Anubanboonkhuawittaya School Saraburi 2) to study the factors affecting the employee engagement of Anubanboonkhuawittaya School Saraburi. The population of this study consisted of 45 Anubanboonkhuawittaya School’s teachers. The research instrument used in this study was the 5 level rating scaled questionnaire, 95.56% of questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Regression analysis

   The finding indicated that 1) the level of employee engagement of Anubanboonkhuawittaya School in term of the overall and each characteristic was practiced at the highest level, the highest mean was the aspect of the efforts of teaching and perform other work for the school and the lowest mean was the aspect of feeling part of the school. 2) The factors affecting the employee engagement of Anubanboonkhuawittaya School at the significant level of 0.01 included relationship, roles and Responsibilities, School structure and Job Detail, all 4 variables could predict the employee engagement of Anubanboonkhuawittaya at 76.6%
