Abstract

       การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิจัยและเสนอแนวทาง การบริหารงานวิจัย คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นิสิต 191 คน ผู้บริหาร 4 คน อาจารย์ 5 คน และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยระดับ        ต้นทาง ได้แก่ คณาจารย์ต้องมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และเป้าหมายในการวางแผนพัฒนาการวิจัยของนิสิตมากขึ้นกว่าในปัจจุบันเพื่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่คณะตั้งไว้ และมีแผนการจัดเตรียมแนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยให้อาจารย์และนิสิตทำตามขั้นตอนอย่างชัดเจน 2) แนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยระดับกลางทาง ได้แก่ ฝ่ายวิจัยต้องมีการดำเนินการรวบรวม คัดสรร วิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยเพื่อเป็นองค์ความรู้เผยแพร่ให้นิสิตและคนทั่วไปเข้าใจ สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ฝ่ายวิชาการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมวิชาการ และส่งเสริมการวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ และ 3) แนวทางการบริหารงานวิจัยระดับปลายทาง ได้แก่ คณะต้องมีระบบติดตามประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิจัยให้เป็นไปตามแผนปฏิบัติการ และผู้วิจัยสามารถนำผลงานวิจัยไปปฏิบัติจริงหรือสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้อย่างเต็มที่

       This study was a survey research aiming to study research management and propose guidelines for research management at the Faculty of Nursing, Chulalongkorn University. The sample population included 191 students, 4 board members, 5 faculty members, and 6 staff members. The tools used were rating-scaled questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and S.D. and content analysis.

       The results of the study suggested several guidelines for research management as follows: 1) Guidelines for upstream management were that faculty members must be involved more in defining the vision, mission, and goals of the research development planning of the university to achieve the goals set by the Board, and there should be a plan covering guidelines clearly defined for research management to enable faculty members and students to follow each step effectively. 2) Guidelines for midstream management were that the research unit must collect, select, synthesize, and analyze the knowledge obtained from research work to disseminate it to students and the public, so that they could understand and access the information quickly. The academic department should conduct academic activities and continuously and consistently promote the research. 3) Guidelines for downstream management were that the faculty must have a system to monitor and evaluate the performance of research to efficiently follow the action plan, so that researchers could practically apply and make the utmost benefit of the research results.
