ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต1 Administration Guidelines for Performance Excellence Management of Anubanrayong School in Primary Education Service Area Office 1, Rayong

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง ประชากรผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 3 คน ครูในโรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง 10 คน รวมทั้งหมด 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง มีแนวทางการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ดังนี้ 1) การนำองค์กร ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเป็นผู้นำในการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ ถ่ายทอดวิสัยทัศน์ไปยังบุคลากร และมีการสื่อสารที่ดีกับบุคลากร 2) การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ โรงเรียนมีการกำหนดคณะบุคคลเพื่อร่วมจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์และแผนปฏิบัติการ และมีการดำเนินงานตามแผนกลยุทธ์ และกำกับติดตามการดำเนินงาน 3) การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน โรงเรียนได้จัดหลักสูตรและบริการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียน โดยรับฟังข้อร้องเรียนและความต้องการของผู้เรียน 4) การวัดผล การวิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ โรงเรียนมีการกำหนดแหล่งข้อมูล วิธีการและแบบในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลให้ทันความต้องการของโรงเรียน รวมทั้งตรวจสอบและปรับปรุง วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 5) การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร โรงเรียนสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้บุคลากร ได้พัฒนาตนเองและพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ให้ความสำคัญกับการสรรหาบุคลากรมาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ และมีการให้รางวัลแก่บุคลากร 6) การมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการ โรงเรียนมีวิธีการออกแบบระบบงานให้ครอบคลุมภารกิจทุกด้าน กำหนดกระบวนการหลักและกระบวนการสนับสนุนที่สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจ และตอบสนองความต้องการของนักเรียน ชุมชน สังคม 7) ผลลัพธ์ โรงเรียนอนุบาลระยอง มีคณะทำงานในการจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และมีการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาในรายงาน

This research is a Descriptive Research. The objective of this research is to study about the management system that brings Anubarn Rayong to the excellence. The information providers for this research are Anubarn Rayong School principal, 3 vice principals and 10 teachers, 14 people in total. The researching tool for this research is semi-structure interviewing form, analyzed by information analysis. The results reveal that Anubarn Rayong School’s excellences are from
The finding indicate that 1) Leadership, the school's management team lead their school's staffs to achieve their school’s vision and have a good communication between them. 2) Strategy planning, school organized the committees to plan school's strategies and actions, use the plan and follow up. 3) Student-center, the school provides the curriculum and supports their student with the student-center learning service by listening to the students need. 4) Assessment, analysis and knowledge management. School provide information center for all the staffs to be able to reach and use it, keep checking up and develop the system. 5) School staff development, school encourage and support their teacher’s development as individual and their profession. Take matters at recruiting the suitable and affective staffs and reward them as a simulator. 6) Design the school system to cover in all area and assign the main and the support system that go along with school's vision and respond to students, neighbors and social need. 7) Result, Anubarn Rayong School have their committee team to make the report and check the report contents.
