The objectives of this research were to study; 1. The level of participation in information system management according to transforming education into the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Suphan Buri Area 2 2. The need for participation in information system management according to transforming education into the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Suphan Buri Area 2 3. To present leadership development guidelines based on building engagement to enhance the cooperation of stakeholders under the Educational Service Area Office. Suphanburi Primary Education Area 2
This was quantitative research. The sample group is school administrators and teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Education Service Area Office 2, Suphan Buri, totaling 305 people. The researcher distributed a total of 305 questionnaires and collected all of them, representing 100.00 percent. Simple random sampling was used. The research tool was a questionnaire that had a 0.66 – 1.00 IOC value, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was 0.826, and data was collected via an online system. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The analysis of need was conducted by analyzing the PNI-modified index value. Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis and analytical description.
The result showed that; 1. The level of participation in information system management according to the concept of transforming education into the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Suphan Buri Area 2, overall, is at a moderate level ( = 3.06, S.D. = .48). 2. The need of participate in information system management according to the concept of transforming education into the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Suphan Buri Area 2, has a total of 4 areas, namely: (1) Participatory management in the acquisition and collection of information; (2) Participatory management in planning; (3) Participatory management in the storage and maintenance of information; (4) Participatory management in the transmission and dissemination of information to users. 3. Participatory management guidelines for information system management based on the concept of transforming education into the digital age of educational institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Suphan Buri Area 2, there are 4 guidelines as follows: (1) Participatory management approach for information acquisition and collection; (2) participatory management approach for planning; (3) participatory management approach for information storage; and (4) participatory management approach for dissemination of information to users.
