SERVICE QUALITY OF PREVENTING AFTER THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS IN THE PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE BUSINESS

The objectives of this research study are 1) To study the behavior of users of the parcel transportation service business. 2) To study the quality of services preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the parcel transportation service business. 3) To compare the opinions of Service users regarding the quality of services in prevention after the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the parcel delivery service business classified by personal status. The sample group used in the research was 400 people who used parcel delivery services in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of the significance of the arithmetic mean using F-test (One-way ANOVA)
The results of the study found that 1) Most users of the parcel delivery service business have experience in using the service between 1 - 5 years, with the majority using the service from Flash Express between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and delivering goods one time per day, the number of deliveries at a time is less than five pieces, the weight of the package is between 500 - 1000 grams. 2) Quality of service in prevention after the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Overall, the level of product delivery in the parcel delivery service business is at high levels. 3) Users of the parcel delivery service business have different genders, ages, occupations, educational qualifications, and statuses. There is no difference in opinions on the quality of services in prevention after the COVID-19 virus outbreak in delivering goods in the parcel delivery service business
