The objective of this research was to study 1) the level of management factors in Polling Unit 6, Bang Len Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province, and 2) the comparison of management factors in Polling Unit 6, Bang Len Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province. Classified by personal factors. The research is quantitative, and the instrument is a questionnaire that collects data from a sample of people whose names are listed in the house registration within Polling Unit 6, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province, within Bang Len Subdistrict. 330 people aged 18 and older, under the concept of Krejcie and Morgan (1970), using probability sampling and simple random sampling. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test by ANOVA with statistical packages.
The results of the research showed that 1) the level of management services in Polling Unit 6, Bang Len Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province was high, with an average of 3.52 and a standard deviation of 0.571, and personal factors in gender, age, status, educational, and monthly income affected the management services in Polling Unit 6, Bang Len Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province statistically significant at the level of .05, while personal factors by occupation do not affect the management services in Polling Unit 6, Bang Len Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province.
