School management to Improve the Psychological Well-being of children at the RYB Parent-Child Kindergarten in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) To investigate the management problems and needs of RYB kindergartens in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, in improving children's psychological well-being (2) To develop school management for improving children's psychological well-being at RYB kindergartens in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. This study employs mixed methods design research. The sample were 32 teachers and 210parents. The Instrument was a questionnaire and the focus group discussion.
The statistical software using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The results revealed that 1) This study found that kindergartens have established a preliminary foundation for mental health services for young children, but there are still shortcomings in systematic resources, teachers' professional abilities, a complete evaluation mechanism, and deep cooperation between home and kindergarten. 2) this study developed a guidance program focusing on activity implementation, teachers' counseling abilities, management support, and home-kindergarten cooperation, and proposed corresponding optimization strategies. The research results can provide practical references for kindergartens to improve children's mental health through scientific management.
