Abstract

Costume design for the Piak ka creative performance. The objective is to design costumes for the performance. The idea comes from the belief in the Suea Saming in the upper Isan region and the dress style of the Bru ethnic group living in the upper Isan region and the characteristics of the tiger. This was the inspiration for designing the costumes for the Piak ka show. The creators studied and researched information to use as ideas for designing the costumes. which has the style of dressing of the Bru ethnic group combined with the identity of the tiger and contemporary fashion. The creative process is as follows: 1) Creating ideas 2) Costume outline design 3) Determination of materials 4) Assembling and creating clothing From the above process, the designer presented the Piak ka costume to experts to critique and give suggestions. Continue to improve the work before releasing it to the public next.
