Abstract

This research aimed to study the level of quality of work life and organization commitment and to find quality of work life factors affecting organization commitment.The data collection is obtained through questionnaires with 280 responses from operational staffs of Siam Fittings Company Limited. The statistically applications were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis which test at significant level of 0.05. The research finding were as follows : The the level of overall quality of work life as a whole was at the moderate level. The level of organization commitment as a whole was at the high level. The quality of work life factors affecting
organization commitment was found that social integration in the work organization, work and the total life space and social relevance of work life at a statistically significant level of 0.05.
