Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the Bachelor Degree Program in Business Administration (Logistics and Supply Chain Management) (Revised Curriculum 2011) and to analyze the curriculum’s guideline to improve and develop in accordance with learner’s need and society requirement in accordance with Thailand Qualifications Framework in Higher Education. The evaluative research was based on the Daniel L. Stufflebeam CIPP Model comprised of 4 factors : context, input, process and outputs, the sample comprised of students, lecturers, graduates and employers. The research instrument’s were questionnaires, interviews and focus group by using simple statistics : frequency, average , standard deviation and descriptive data analyzed.

The results of this research included 1) Input : both moral and sense of lecturer were maximum scored average (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.25), the subject matter were not overlap was a minimum scored average. 2) Process : the highest score average factor was supervisor’s clarity and rightness of instruction. (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.28), the minimum score average was the proportion between instructors and student (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.70). 3) Output : the highest score average factor was the honesty (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.41), the minimum score average was foreign language  proficiency (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.52). 4) Context : the highest score average factor was the quiet place for learning environment (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.21), the minimum score average was the quantity of books, journals, theses and other documents were insufficiency. The graduates’s foreign language skill improvement and classroom facilities inefficiency were recommended from focus group resulted.
