Participative Management of Employees Affecting the Work Efficiency of Employees at Siam Technology College

The purposes of this research were to determine (1) the participative management of employees and (2) the participative management of employees affecting the work efficiency of employees at Siam Technology College. The samples of this research were 136 respondents working; management, lecturer and supporting employee at Siam Technology College. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis by using 0.05 level of significance. The research results found that (1) the participative management of employees over all was at moderate level and (2) the participative management in aspects of trust, goals and objectives, and autonomy affected the work efficiency of employees at Siam Technology College. However; the commitment was not statistically significant at 0.05.
