This research aims to study of the personality of graduate students at Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University. Moreover, the purpose of this research focuses on study the relationship between transformational leadership and team working of graduate students at Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University. Questionnaire is an implement to collect several information by letting graduate students at Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts, Faculty of Management Science, Silpakorn University who study in the first semester, 2014 at Office of the President. A number of these respondents are approximately 132 students. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis such as, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, Inferential statistics were used for data analysis such as, analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis are good approaches to analyze the data in this research. The level of statistical significance was 0.05. The results of this research showed that transformational leadership of whole students were moderate. The second result proved that team working of overall students is a high level. The third result illustrated that 1st year MBA students and 2nd year MBA students are different in significance team working of statistics at the 0.05 level. The final result demonstrated that transformational leadership in inspirational motivation is a positive
relationship with a team working of students in statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
