Asean Economic Integration’s Demand of Chinese Talents Taking Thailand Fuxie Company As A Case Study

Author take Thailand Fu Xie Company as an example to prove the development of Thai company need the staff who understand business Chinese language, through explaining to Fu Xie Company how to use and train the staff who understand business Chinese language, and expanding economic and trade business with China. And after this, profit of Fu Xie Company grow rapidly and company to be beneficiaries at last. Author believe that not only in Fu Xie Company, every company that has business with China will also need the staff who understand business Chinese language, and ASEAN economic integration make this demand of language ability to be more important.
