Abstract

This study aims to study the factors of resources and knowledge management those affect corporation competitiveness in plastic industry by collecting data from 200 top executives working in firms that have over-50-million-baht registered capital. The results are Human resource, Marketing resource, Knowledge acquisition, Knowledge storage and Knowledge implementation positively affect corporation competitiveness. Financial resource, Intellectual property resource and Knowledge development don’t affect it. Lastly, Physical resource negatively affects corporation competitiveness.
