Strategic Leadership Influencing Effectiveness of Listed Company in Information and Communication Technology Sector

This study aims to study the characteristic and influence of strategic leadership against effectiveness of companies in information and communication technology sector listed in Stock Market of Thailand. The population in this study were the executives and managers in these companies. The collected data was the questionnaires and secondary data, and the multiple regression analysis was used. The results was found that main factors influencing effectiveness were 1) the organizational strategic formulation and 2) the organizational strategic control and evaluation with Adjusted R2 = 0.32. When considered the factors in sublevel, the sub-factors influencing effectiveness were 1) the capability of the standard errors’ improvement/correction 2) the capability of the revolutionary thinking 3) the understanding at a high level of decision and 4) the capability of input transformation into the strategic formulation with Adjusted R2 = 0.419
