Abstract

It can be concluded from tourism product supply chain and analysis on satisfaction survey of Chinese group tourists travelling in Thailand, that at present, the general situation of Chinese tourists are summarized in the following four features: the product cannot help Chinese tourists get to know Thailand; product routes are rough; the products charge for extra fees; product structure requires improvement. The author considers that such situation can be improved from four aspects: the aspects from product promotion, the aspects from employees, the aspects from routes, and the aspects from tourists. Improvement in multiple aspects can greatly enhance the quality of and loyalty for travelling in Thailand.
