Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 และเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ระหว่าง สถานภาพของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าที่ (t-test) ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้าน คือด้านบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านบริหารบุคคล ด้านบริหารงบประมาณและด้านบริหารทั่วไปอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด

2. คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ที่มีขนาดสถานศึกษาต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
