แนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2) พัฒนาแนวทาง การพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของ แนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน นำข้อมูลการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ร่างองค์ประกอบของชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2) การพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยสร้างแบบประเมินทดลองใช้ (Try Out) กับคณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 30 คน จัดประชุมกลุ่มสนทนา (Focus Group) กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัยได้ค่าดัชนี ความสอดคล้อง (CVI) เท่ากับ .95 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) เท่ากับ .99 3) การประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ในสถานศึกษาเอกชนเขตพื้นที่ภาคใต้ตอนบน จำนวน 132 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ลักษณะความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ดีของสถานศึกษาครอบคลุม 5 ลักษณะ คือ 1) สถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำแบบสนับสนุนและมีส่วนร่วม 2) สถานศึกษาจัดให้มีการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและประยุกต์ การเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 3) สถานศึกษามีค่านิยมและวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน 4) สถานศึกษามีเงื่อนไขและสภาพการณ์ที่สนับสนุน และ 5) สถานศึกษามีแนวการปฏิบัติที่ดีร่วมกัน

2. แนวทางในการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาเอกชน มีความจำเป็นต้องพัฒนา ผู้นำสถานศึกษาดังนี้ 1) พัฒนาภาวะผู้นาแบบสนับสนุนและมีส่วนร่วม 2) จัดให้มีการเรียนรู้และประยุกต์การ เรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 3) สร้างค่านิยม วิสัยทัศน์ของความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 4) สร้างการมีเงื่อนไข และ สภาพการณ์ที่สนับสนุนความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน และ5) สร้างแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีร่วมกัน

3. ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ ปรากฏว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก

The Development Guidelines for Learning Community of Private Educational Institute

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the characteristics of learning community 2) develop guidelines for the development of learning community of private educational institute and 3) evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the development of learning community of private educational institute. The research was divided into three sections; 1) study learning community by collecting learning theoretical concepts and research, interviewing the school directors. Then draft the elements of learning community. 2) develop guidelines for learning community of private educational institute by try-out from to the school boards, teachers and parents, then focus group composing of 10 qualified experts and proved for content validity index (CVI) found at .95 and reliability found at .99. 3) evaluate the suitability and feasibility of the learning community of private educational institute by using the questionnaires with 132 samples, consisted of school boards, teachers and parents of private schools in the south of Thailand.

The research findings were as follows;

1. The characteristics of learning community covered in five aspects; 1) supportive and involvement leadership, 2) participated and integrated learning practical, 3) shared values and vision, 4) generated terms of conditions and supports, and 5) shared for the common of best practice.

2. The development guidelines for educators’ leadership to develop the learning community of private educational institute consisted of; 1) leadership development in cooperative learning and learning application, 2) generated the availability of participated and integrated learning practical, 3) created for shared values and vision, 4) created learning supportive conditions and circumstances supporting the learning community, and 5) shared for the common of best practice.

3. The overall evaluated of the suitability and feasibility for learning community of private educational institute is appropriate and feasible in the study.
