การพัฒนารูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต

Abstract

การพัฒนารูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนา รูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต เป็นงานวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยใช้โรงเรียนบ้านเขาใหญ่ เป็นพื้นที่ในการวิจัยดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนแรก ได้แก่ การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ และการศึกษาศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ขั้นตอนที่สอง ได้แก่ การสร้างและพัฒนา รูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนที่สาม ได้แก่ การทดลองใช้ศูนย์การเรียนรู้และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของ ผู้ใช้บริการ และขั้นตอนสุดท้าย ได้แก่ การประเมินผลรับรองรูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษา ตลอดชีวิตโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. รูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ประกอบด้วย 1) วิสัยทัศน์ คือ สร้างความรู้ สร้างโอกาสทางการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต เป็นพลังปัญญาของชุมชนบ้านเขาใหญ่ ภายในปี 2560 2) พันธกิจ คือ เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนในชุมชน 3) เป้าหมาย ได้แก่ การสร้างศูนย์การเรียนในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต จำนวน 1 ศูนย์ 4) วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อให้บริการความรู้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ การถ่ายทอดแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ วิทยาการ ตลอดจนภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ต่าง ๆ ของประชาชนในชุมชน 5) บทบาทหน้าที่ 6) กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 7) การประกันคุณภาพ 8) โครงสร้างการดำเนินงาน 9) กระบวนการทำงาน 10) แหล่งเรียนรู้

2. ผลการประเมินผลรับรองรูปแบบศูนย์การเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาเพื่อการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (  = 4.30 )

The Development Model for School Learning Center Toward Lifelong Education

The purpose of this research is to develop a model for school learning center toward lifelong education. The research area was Bankhaoyai School. There were 4 steps of research methodology. The first step consisted of the studies of the problems and needs of learning centers and successful learning centers. The second step was to establish and develop a learning center. The third step was to test the learning center and evaluate the satisfaction of users. The final step was to evaluate the certification forms of the development model for school learning center toward lifelong education by luminaries. The tool for collecting the data was set of questionnaires. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research finding were as follows:

1. The development model for school learning center toward lifelong education included 1) Vision is to build knowledge and opportunities for lifelong learning which are great intellectual powers of the community by the year 2560. 2) Mission is the community learning center that responds to the needs of the community. 3) The goal is to build one learning center in schools for lifelong education 4) The aims of building a learning center are to provide academic services, knowledge management, shared experiences of experts and folk wisdom, and various learning activities for the people in the community. 5) Roles 6) Targeted groups 7) Quality assurance 8) Operational structure 9) Workflow and 10) Resources.

2. The evaluation certificate of the development model for school learning center toward lifelong education by luminaries is at the high appropriate level (  = 4.30 ).
