การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) สร้างแนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและ 3) ประเมินแนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของ ชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียน สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 65 โรงเรียน จำนวน 325 คน ตอนที่ 2 สร้าง แนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโดยจัด ประชุมสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และตอนที่ 3 การประเมินแนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 21 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียน สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. การสร้างแนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียน สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดทาหลักสูตรประชาธิปไตย ด้านการจัดการเรียน การสอนและการจัดการเรียนรู้ประชาธิปไตย และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลประชาธิปไตยมีองค์ประกอบย่อย ของแนวดำเนินการ 44 ข้อ

3. ผลการประเมินแนวดำเนินการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยนักเรียน สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ปรากฏว่า ทั้ง 3 ด้านมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก

The Community Participation in Promoting Democracy of Students in the Based Schools

The objectives of the research were 1) to study the current conditions and problems of community participation in promoting democracy of students in the Based Schools, 2) to construct the guidelines for community participation and 3) to evaluate the guidelines for community participation in promoting democracy of students in the Based Schools. The research was conducted in 3 stages. Stage 1 was to study current conditions and problems of community participation in promoting democracy of students in the Based Schools by using qualified questionnaire with 325 people from 65 schools. Stage 2 was construct the guidelines with 9 supervisors from connoisseurship and stage 3 was to evaluate the guidelines with 21 supervisors. Statistics used were mean and standard deviation.

The research findings were as follows.

1. As regards the current conditions and problems of community participation in promoting democracy of students in the Based Schools, it was found that the community participation in promoting democracy was moderate. Considering individual aspects, the aspects carrying a maximum mean was a curriculum on democracy, and the aspect carrying a minimum value was measurement and evaluation of democracy. The problems of community participation in promoting democracy were moderate. With individual aspects viewed, it was found that the aspect which was most problematic was instructional process and learning of democracy. The aspect least problematic was measurement and evaluation of democracy.

2. The guidelines for community participation in promoting democracy of students in the Based Schools in the study consisted of three components and forty-four sub-components.

3. Concerning the outcome of the construct of the guidelines for community participation, it was found that the three aspects were found to be suitable, possible and practical at the high level
