ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหาร ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อม ของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการ การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 400 แห่ง ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 6 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ เชิงสาเหตุ ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านลักษณะขององค์การ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะ นโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงาน ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะสภาพแวดล้อม ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของบุคลากรในองค์การ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่าสถิติที่แสดงความสอดคล้อง ดังนี้ X² =47.65, df = 77, p = .99, X² /df = .619, GFI = .98, AGFI = .98, RMSEA = .00, SRMR =.02, NFI =.99, NNFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, RFI = .98 และปัจจัยทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยร่วมกันสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลการบริหาร ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 78

3. ลักษณะองค์การ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยส่งผ่านนโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงาน ลักษณะของสภาพแวดล้อม และลักษณะของบุคลากรในองค์การ ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพลทางอ้อม .10 นโยบายการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงาน มีค่าอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหาร ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้วยขนาดอิทธิพล .55 และอิทธิพลทางอ้อม โดยส่งผ่านลักษณะของสภาพแวดล้อม ลักษณะของบุคลากรในองค์การ ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพล .31 ลักษณะของสภาพแวดล้อมไม่มีค่าอิทธิพลทางตรงและ ทางอ้อมต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ลักษณะของบุคลากรในองค์การ มีอิทธิพลทางตรง ต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพล .36

Causal Factors that Affecting the effectiveness the Management of School Administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission In Northeast

The purpose of this research were 1) Study of Factors Affecting the effectiveness of management of school administrators Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. In Northeast. 2) Study The causal relationship of causal factors that can affect the effectiveness of management of school administrators Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission In Northeast. 3) Find Direct and indirect effects of the factors that affect the effectiveness of management of school administrators Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. In Northeast.

The sample used in this study were school administrators . Department of basic education in academic year 2014 , 400 school were selected by multistage random sampling. The tools used in this research is a test with 6 subters. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean , standard deviation. the confirmatory factor analysis Correlation coefficient and path analysis by computer package Pearson’s.

The research findings were as follows:

1. School administrators have taken on the appearance of a factor. Polities for management and practices. environment, attributions of the personnel in the organization at a high level.

2. The causal relationship of factors that influence the effectiveness of school administrators the management of. are fit on with empirical data. By X² =47.65, df = 77, p = .99, X² /df = .619, GFI = .98, AGFI = .98, RMSEA = .00, SRMR =.02, NFI =.99, NNFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, and RFI =.98 These variables can explain the variation of the effectiveness of management of school administrators was 78 percentage.

3. The Trait of organization Description has an indirect influence on the effectiveness of the management of school administrators Through management policies for and practices. The environment and the nature of personnel in the organization Management policies and practices. Have a direct effect on the effectiveness of management of school administrators with effect sizes .55 and an indirect influence. The transmission characteristics of the environment. The nature of personnel in the organization with influences .31. The environment no direct effect and indirectly to the effectiveness of management of school administrators. The nature of personnel in the organization have a direct effect on the effectiveness of the management of school administrators. With influences .36.
