รูปแบบการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ 2) เพื่อสร้าง รูปแบบการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบ และ 4) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหาร และครูในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานที่สังกัดสำนักเขตตรวจราชการที่ 9 ทั้งหมด 289 โรง รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 867 คน และการศึกษากรณีศึกษา ต้นแบบ จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำไปเทียบกับเกณฑ์ที่กาหนดไว้

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้บริหาร และครู โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นพื้นฐานรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้

2. ผลรูปแบบการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้สถานศึกษาวางแผนการกำหนดนโยบาย วิสัยทัศน์ โครงสร้าง และนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติจริง 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อให้การดำเนินการหรือใช้วิธีการต่าง ๆ ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมในการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตรการเรียน การสอนและกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน 3) ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เพื่อบริหารการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษา และเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และฝึกฝนการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4) ด้านการประสาน ความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนเพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมทั้งภายในสถานศึกษาและชุมชน

3. ผลประเมินความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4. ผลการนำเสนอรูปแบบพบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความคิดเห็นตรงกับรูปแบบและประเมิน ความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

A Model of Administration for Learning Environment in the Basic Education Schools

The purposes of this research were to 1) study a current status, problems and requirement 2) create a model of administration for learning environment in the basic education schools 3) evaluate a model of administration for learning environment in the basic education schools 4) present a model of administration for learning environment in the basic education schools .The sample were teachers and personnel in basic education in the office Inspection Area nine totally 289 schools whole were 867 people and case study excellent education (Best Practice) of three school. The instruments used in the study were in-depth interview, the document analysis ,the statistics used in this research included the data analysis, the average ( X ) and the standard deviation (S.D.) and compared to the defined criteria.

The research findings were as follows;

1. Current status, problems and requirements for the environmental management that promote learning in the basic education was found that administrators, teachers and the committee in basic education overall practicing at high level considering it was found that the side with the highest mean score was the learning management during the side with the lowest is learning activities .

2. A model of administration for learning environment in the basic education schools that promotes learning in the basic education based on learning principle, principle of integration, principle of participation, including of principle of reason, process, criteria, instrument and success condition which consist of 4 components were 1) management, 2) learning management 3) the promotion of learning 4) the relationships with the community to support participation in school and community.

3. Conformity assessment of a model of administration for learning environment in the basic education schools at the most level.

4. The presentation found that the experts were agreement with the model and the evaluation of suitability, possibility, helpfulness of the administration for learning environment in the basic education schools was overall at the most high level.
