            The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the use of innovation in online trading. Men's Clothing From the Lazada and Shopee applications 2. To compare satisfaction with the use of pragmatism in shopping for men's clothing. The sample is Selected by a specific method, the number of 400 posts presented by online trading products Men's clothing types From the Lazada app, select 200 messages, and from the Shopee app, select 200 messages, displaying the number of incidence and percentages found.Using notices in online trading Men's Clothing A total of 597 comments were found, ie buyer's opinions. Online merchandise is 400 messages, accounting for 66.98 percent, combined with the seller's comments. Online Products Found 197 seller's replies, representing 32 percent. 99 When all messages are classified by type of speech It was found that there were 597 comments on online merchandising on the relationship between the use of speech and the satisfaction of online merchants. Men's Clothing From Lazada and Shopee applications, a total of 400 messages appear on the satisfaction of the buyer. In clothing trading for men Total exposure of shoppers' satisfaction in the entire men's clothing trade. The most satisfactory was a 5-star rating of 166 messages, 41.5 percent, and the lowest was 48 messages at 2-star, 12.00 percent.
