การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีปัญญาสังคมในการอธิบายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ อธิบายแนวคิดทฤษฎีปัญญาสังคมในการนำไปศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ โดยแนวคิดพื้นฐานที่มาของทฤษฎี คือ การรับรู้ความสามารถแห่งตน (Self-Efficacy) การตระหนักรู้ (Self-Awareness) และการกำกับตนเอง (Self-Regulation) ซึ่งได้มีการยกตัวอย่างแนวคิดที่ใช้ในการอธิบายพฤติกรรม และตัวอย่างของตัวแบบที่ประยุกต์ใช้ในการอธิบายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพทางกายภาพ
