Community Empowerment Process of Black Ginger Coffee Community Enterprise Group of Ban Tha Sala, Tha Sala Subdistrict, Phu Ruea District, Loei Province

Abstract

Research Objective To study the needs in the community empowerment process of community enterprise groups, with a specific focus on the Black Galangal Coffee community enterprise group in Ban Tha Sala. Research Methodology The methodology chosen for this research is a mixed-method approach Quantitative Research Utilized a questionnaire distributed to a sample group of 160 people and analyzed using a computer program. Qualitative Research Conducted group discussions with 13 people to analyze descriptive data.

Research Findings 1) Identified necessary needs for strengthening community organizations in community welfare work, with a PNI (Priority Needs Index) adjusted value of 0.32 Found specific areas requiring development, such as supporting participation from supporting agencies, coordinating between network partners, collaborative learning processes, and adherence to operational regulations. 2) Guidelines for Community Empowerment Process

The guidelines propose a three-step process for empowering the Black Galangal Coffee community enterprise group (1) Strengthening positive social concepts through group processes. (2) Enhancing participation of members and the community. (3) Strengthening the core of community development to engage network partners and expand the results of empowerment. These findings and guidelines provide a structured approach to enhancing community empowerment within the Black Galangal Coffee community enterprise group, with a focus on collaboration, participation, and adherence to operational regulations.
