Abstract

This article is intended to study and understand the structure, form, permission and technology development for communication services in Thailand. Which will reflect the problems in the communication industry caused by laws and regulations that define the structure and the licensing model which are not justified in the development of technology that has changed rapidly. If we compared with countries in the ASEAN region, Singapore is a country with high technology development, but did not neglect to lay down the infrastructure and legal mechanisms in the country. The author therefore studied and analyzed the concept, structure and foundation of Singapore's communication law in order to find guidelines for determining the structure and format of communication licensing in Thailand that will encourage and support the development of technology in communications industry to satisfy international standards.
