Patterns of Participatory Public Policy Formulation for run the policy of commander in chief, Armed Forces Development Command.

Abstract

          The academic article has been purposed to present patterns of Participatory Public Policy Formulation for run the policy of commander in chief, Armed Forces Development Command. This paradigm is challenge the Armed Forces Development Command when society is changing rapidly to use the process of Participatory Public Policy Formulation. There are 5 steps of the Participatory Public Policy Formulation process, 1) Participate for understanding and opinions expression 2) Participate for selected the public policy 3) Participate for practicing 4) Participate for evaluation and 5) Participate in policy reviews. The main policy on 4 strategies of the Armed Forces Development Command concerned about cooperation with people, community and public security. Accordingly, Participatory Public Policy Formulation for run the policy of commander in chief, Armed Forces Development Command can be done under scope and collective agreement of all sectors by concern on “Triangle that moves the mountain” that composed of Knowledge, Social movement and Policy link. However, Participation process can give Co-creation of knowledge, Co-management and Co-benefits equally. From the study of patterns of Participatory Public Policy Formulation was literature reviews have to test by research processing for conceptual confirmation, extend results or be a model for the other section department of Thai Army.
