The bronze culture of the pre-Qin period was very developed, and the bronzes of the Chu region were no exception. Zenghouyi chime bells are typical of Chu bronzes, representing the highest achievements of China's pre-Qin ritual and music civilization and bronze casting technology. This article takes the patterns of Zenghouyi chime bells as the starting point to study its symbolic meaning, aesthetic characteristics and modern value, and attempts to apply the chime bell patterns to the design of cultural and creative products, exploring new ways of creative transformation of Chu culture. This study first starts from the three levels of "Chu bronzes, Zenghouyi chime bell patterns, and cultural and creative products", and uses theories such as design, semiotics, and aesthetics to conduct a systematic study, and analyzes the intrinsic meaning, artistic characteristics, and spiritual value of Zenghouyi chime bell patterns. Secondly, the application status of Chu patterns in cultural and creative products is investigated, and the shortcomings are pointed out, and new ideas and methods for integrating Zenghouyi chime bell patterns into cultural and creative products are explored. Finally, by sorting out the internal relationship between "Chu bronzes, Zenghouyi chime bells, and cultural and creative products", a design plan for cultural and creative products with practical value, creativity, and in line with consumer trends was completed.
