The Relationship between management according to the principles of good governance of educational institutions and the effectiveness of educational institution administration in Mueang Yang and Lam Thamen Chai under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational

Abstract

This study's objective is to 1) to study the administration of the administration of educational institutions in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamenchai District, under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, District 7 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutions in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamenchai District, under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area 7 and 3) to study the relationship between the management of educational institutions and the effectiveness of educational institutions in Mueang Yang District and Lam Tamen Chai District, under the Office of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area, District 7, the sample group was school administrators and teachers in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamen Chai District, under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Area Office, District 7, in the academic year 2023, 198 people, with a sample group of 25 school administrators, using a sample population. The sample group of teachers, 173 people, and then the sample group by a simple random sampling method (Simple random sampling) by lottery. The tool used is a 5-level metered questionnaire (Rating Scale) which has a content validity value (Content Validity) by finding the IOC value which has a value between and find the confidence value of the entire questionnaire by using the value of Cronbach's Alpha Coeficient (Cronbach's Alpha Coeficient) is equal to 0.963. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage. Pearson's product moment, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient.


The research results found that:


1. Administrative management of educational institutions in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamen Chai District Under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, District 7, overall, at a very high level (equation = 4.20, S.D. = 0.74) When considered individually, it is found that it is at a very high level in all aspects. By sorting the average from high to low, namely the moral principle (equation = 4.18, S.D. = 0.61) Principle of responsibility (equation = 4.08 S.D. =0.59) Rule of Law (equation = 4.03, S.D = 0.54) Transparency Principle (equation = 3.98, S.D. = 0.49) Mainaspect of participation (equation = 3.95, S.D. = 0.68) and value for money (equation = 3.90, S.D.= 0.56) 


2. The effectiveness of the management of educational institutions in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamen Chai District under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, District 7, has a very high level of practice (equation 4.06, S.D. = 0.50) when considering individually, it is found that it is at a very high level in all aspects. By ordering the average from high to low is personnel management (equation = 4.09, S.D. = 0.57) Budget Management (equation = 4.07, S.D. = 0.58). general administration (equation = 4.05, S.D. = 0.49), and academic management (equation = 4.03, S.D. = 0.55)


3. The relationship between the management according to the principles of the school and the effectiveness of school management in Mueang Yang District and Lam Thamenchai District under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Education Service Area Office, District 7, Overall, there is a high level of positive relationship.
