บทคัดย่อ

โรงเรียนยุคปกติใหม่เผชิญความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ซับซ้อนทั้งด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางดิจิทัล ภาระงานของครู และความไม่แน่นอนเชิงนโยบาย ซึ่งล้วนเพิ่มโอกาสให้เกิดความขัดแย้งภายในสถานศึกษา บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวคิด ทฤษฎี และข้อเสนอเชิงวิชาการเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความขัดแย้งและการสร้างวัฒนธรรมความไว้วางใจในโรงเรียนยุคปกติใหม่ โดยสังเคราะห์จากกรอบแนวคิดด้านการจัดการความขัดแย้ง ความไว้วางใจในองค์การ ความปลอดภัยทางจิตวิทยา วัฒนธรรมองค์การ และภาวะผู้นำสถานศึกษา สาระสำคัญของบทความเสนอว่า ความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนไม่ควรถูกมองเป็นความล้มเหลวของการบริหาร แต่ควรได้รับการออกแบบให้เป็นกลไกการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันผ่านภาวะผู้นำที่โปร่งใส ยุติธรรม รับฟัง และสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยทางจิตวิทยา แก่นใหม่ของบทความคือการเสนอกรอบ “TRUST–Conflict Leadership Cycle” ประกอบด้วย Transparency, Respectful Dialogue, Understanding Interests, Shared Problem Solving และ Trust Renewal เพื่อเปลี่ยนความขัดแย้งจากพลังเชิงทำลายเป็นพลังเชิงสร้างสรรค์ บทความสรุปว่า การบริหารความขัดแย้งที่มีประสิทธิผลในยุคปกติใหม่จำเป็นต้องเชื่อมโยงการแก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบกับการฟื้นฟูความสัมพันธ์ ความไว้วางใจ และวัฒนธรรมความร่วมมือของโรงเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
