Consider the concept of realism in “Jia” พิจารณามโนทัศน์ความสมจริงในตัวบทวรรณคดีเรื่อง “บ้าน”

Abstract

This study considered the concept of realism in “Jia” from four aspects, firstly the concept about Gao’s home, which discovered the text provides readers with Gao’s home in realistic view,              the existence and the way of living. In the part of the emotional expression of the characters, found that the author uses various emotional expression techniques to immerse readers into the emotional world of the characters, allowing them to imagine their real lives and souls. In the part of the conflict, there are ideological differences between the two generations of characters, reflecting the conflict between old and new ideas during the transition from feudal society to modern society, fully demonstrating a realistic image of the Chinese social family. Finally, the author narrates the tragic stories of three female characters,         all representing kindness and weakness, also having morality according to the ancient doctrine, providing readers with a more realistic experience of the constraints in traditional Chinese society which called "fate" and "social status". This study reveals the authenticity in the text by close reading and emphasizes            the main features of anti-feudal family content in the novel.
