การเพิ่มขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันด้วยกลยุทธ์คลัสเตอร์ การฟื้นตัวซัพพลายเชนและการจัดการต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ ของผู้ประกอบการสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูป ในเขตพื้นที่ภาคกลาง

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์คลัสเตอร์ การฟื้นตัวซัพพลายเชน การจัดการต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลที่กลยุทธ์คลัสเตอร์มีต่อความสามารถทางการแข่งขันผ่านการฟื้นตัวซัพพลายเชนและการจัดการต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ และ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการสินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปในเขตพื้นที่ภาคกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของศูนย์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมภาคที่ 8 จำนวน 420 แห่ง
ใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ กำหนดตามเกณฑ์ 20 เท่าของเส้นพารามิเตอร์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
กลยุทธ์คลัสเตอร์ การฟื้นตัวซัพพลายเชน การจัดการต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์และความสามารถทางการแข่งขันอยู่ในระดับที่สูง ผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยผู้ประกอบการควรมุ่งเน้นพัฒนากลยุทธ์คลัสเตอร์ที่บูรณาการซัพพลายเชนด้วยการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อบริหารจัดการต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ให้เกิดการประหยัดต่อขนาด เพิ่มอำนาจการต่อรอง การใช้แพลตฟอร์มดิจิลวิเคราะห์เชิงคาดการณ์ พัฒนาและขยายตลาดร่วมกัน พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และสร้างมาตรฐานและบริการที่แตกต่าง ยกระดับกระบวนการผลิต และการจัดการความเสี่ยงเพื่อให้มีความพร้อมและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาดที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรสนับสนุนความร่วมมือและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ในด้านเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนเพื่อลดของเสียและการนำกลับมาให้ซ้ำ รวมทั้งการควบคุมสารเคมีในกระบวนการผลิตซึ่งจะช่วยสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในสินค้าและเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขันในตลาดทั้งในและต่างประเทศให้เกิดความอย่างยั่งยืน
