Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate the factors affecting the implementation of conservation and management of coastal environments in Rayong Province. This research employs quantitative research. The sample group was residents living in coastal areas of Rayong Province, aged between 18 and 55 years. The sample size was determined using a criterion of 20 times the number of observed variables, totaling 400 people, with stratified random sampling. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, and structural equation modeling.

The research findings reveal that: The overall influence on coastal environmental conservation and management comes most from public support, followed by environmental activities, government support, and management of agencies, in that order.
