Effectiveness Management and Appropriate Technologies, Community Envelopment of Local Government Suphanburi

Abstract

The research objectives were: (1) to study the level of effectiveness management and appropriate technologies in waste management of local government in Suphanburi (2) to compare the effectiveness of waste management classified by personal factors. (3) to study factors related to effectiveness management and appropriate technologies in waste management of local government in Suphanburi along with community involvement. The sample consisted of 400 house owners. The rating-scale questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistics used to calculate the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, multiple correlation coefficient. The research results found that (1) The level of effectiveness management and appropriate technologies in waste management as a whole and also each aspect were at high level. (2) Comparing the level of effectiveness of waste management classified by gender, revenue, education, house classification and member status of waste separation network were found that there was no difference as a whole. Comparing level of effectiveness of waste management classified by ages was found that there was no difference as a whole but when considered each aspect was found that there were significantly difference at the statistical level of .05 in selection of waste management technologies, that 21-30 years old were significantly different with 31-40 years old. Comparing level of effectiveness of waste management classified by occupation was found that there was difference as a whole and also when considered each aspect was found that there were significantly difference at the statistical level of .05 in every aspects. (3) Analysis of relationship between freedom variables and overview of effectiveness of waste management was found that selection of waste management technologies and being aware of waste management were in positive relation at low level at the statistical level of .01 but the format of waste management was in negative relation at low level at the statistical level of .01.
