Abstract

          This research was to study 1) the change management in globalization, industry 4.0 and Lena (Thailand) Co., Ltd. 2) the factors that affected to the change management in globalization, industry 4.0 and Lena (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The approaches of digital technology and internet applied to industrial system for cost reduction in management under industry 4.0. The survey research instrument was the close ended question and accessed by 3 experts, the 400 participants who came from the information technological organization in Bangkok and the upcountry. The finding found that the statistical level of employees opinion that affected the success in change management in globalization era and industry 4.0 Lena (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for knowledge management in private organizations were high score level with the mean of 3.83-4.14, the overall of managerial supporting were high score level with the mean of 3.64-3.87. The change management had to adapt the organization with digital technology and internet that were applied into all processes (supplier, factories, vendors and products) of the old industrial systems to be combined with the digital linkage of an excellent value chain.
