Strategic Planning Private Early Childhood Education Administration Level in Trang Province

This research was descriptive research, the data analysis aimed to apply the findings to improve the management process in private early childhood educational institutes. The objectives of this study were 1. to study and plan with the strategic management in private early childhood educational institutes, Trang Province 2. to evaluate the strategic management in private early childhood educational institutes, Trang Province 3. to develop the strategic management in private early childhood educational institutes, Trang Province. The findings found that the strategic planning in private early childhood educational institutes, Trang Province had to formulate vision, short-term goals, long-term goals, promotion the staff in learning processes and activities, the evaluation on the quality assurance systems compliance with the maximum score as a template model in strategy formulation of strategic development in private early childhood educational institute in Trang Province.
