Abstract

          This research aimed 1) to study the level of motivation in the operation of personnel. Office of the Crown Property Bangkok 2) to compare the motivation of the personnel. Office of the Crown Property Bangkok Classified by demographic characteristics. Quantitative research was used to collect data by means of questionnaires, analyzed by t-test and one-way analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of this research were as follows: 1) Motivation in personnel performance. Office of the Crown Property the factors supporting the overall situation and the four aspects were the highest in the first order, followed by the working condition and the stability. Policy and Administration 2) when comparing personnel Office of the Crown Property Bangkok There are different levels of education. Motivation to work, motivational factors, the nature of the work. At least one pair was significantly different at the .05 level. Staff have the opportunity to showcase talent. Including creative initiatives to fully work. And the work is done with the potential development of personnel.
