Awareness About the Problem of Environmental Pollution the Management and Staff District in the City Nakhon Ratchasima

Abstract

          This research is aimed at to study 1) The knowledge and understanding about environmental pollution problems of the administrators and employees of the municipality. 2) Environmental management of the municipality and 3) To compare the knowledge and understanding about environmental pollution problems of the administrators and employees of the municipality in the district Nakhon Ratchasima by using survey research. The sample group is the administrators and the municipality employees who work according to the environmental policy in the district Nakhon Ratchasima, a total of 148 people in this study will understand the environmental pollution problems that occur in the community and lead to the modification of the environmental management model to be true. The research found that.

          1) Knowledge and understanding about environmental pollution problems of the municipality administrators and staff In Nakhon Ratchasima. The overall picture is at a moderate level, with an average score of 70.00 points by the district municipal administrators. With an average score of 71.00 points with a score of 69.00 points 2) Management of environmental pollution problems of the municipal administrators and staff of the municipality In Nakhon Ratchasima at a moderate level with an average value of 3.01 by district municipal administrators have environmental management at a moderate level with an average of 3.30. the municipal employee have environmental management at a moderate level with an average of 2.72 3) The comparison of knowledge and understanding about environmental pollution problems of executives There is a difference with the district municipality employees. with no statistical significance at the level of .05 which is not consistent with the hypothesis and 4) the administrators have a better understanding of solid waste and hazardous wastes than employees with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. the medium district municipal administrator have knowledge and understanding about environmental pollution problems different from the small district municipal administrators without statistical significance at the level of .05 which is not consistent with the hypothesis.
