The Introduction of Foreign Workers Policies to Practice in the Southern Area

Abstract

          The objective of this research is 1) Study and develop the introduction of foreign work policies Since the year 2008-present 2) Study the implementation of foreign workers policies 3) Study the successful results in implementing the policy and 4) propose guidelines for implementing policies in the southern region. This research methodology, the researcher uses qualitative methods. The study model was developed from the synthesis of knowledge in implementing policies. By studying documents and in-depth interviews the group of key informants, consisting of 3 groups (1) policy makers group (2) group of policy leaders, and (3) stakeholder groups in implementing the policy, totaling 12 people

Achieve the goals of the policy and 4) Proposing guidelines for implementing foreign labor policies in the state policy, the policy of choice must be defined as reflected by the real problem.
