A Study of Coaching Process on Buddhadhamma Principles of Teacher Trainers in Teaching Professional Development Participatory Schools

This research aimed to study 1) To study the current state and coaching problems of mentor teachers in participatory schools. 2) To reinforce coaching processes of the mentor teachers in the participatory schools by using Buddhist principles. 3) To study the results of the coaching process using the Buddhadhamma principles of the teacher trainers in the participle schools. The mixed research methods were used in this study. (1) The qualitative methods data were collected and analyzed from documentary reviews and in-depth interviews with the dean of the faculty of education, school directors, teacher supervisors, training teachers, pre-service teachers 10 persons and the focus group discussion including 12 experts. (2) The quantitative data were collected through the current state and coaching problem questionnaires from 381 training teachers in the participative schools by multi-stage random sampling. The data were analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, T-dependent and priority needs index. Statics and content analysis.
The research results were found as follows; 1) The current state and problem that simple needs for Buddhist principles application with the coaching evaluation back for making good morale. Coachers should reflect their thought. Allow the coaches to clear any misunderstanding. 2) The Coaching process consists of five point part 1) Aim of the coaching. 2) Buddhist principle for coaching. 3) Coacher’s skill. 4) Coacher’s partner. 5) Coaching’s process, the coaching process consists of four Buddha’s style or manner of teaching were used, 1. Santasana (Verification) 2. Samatabana (inspiration towards the goal) 3. Samuttechana (filling with enthusiasm) 4. Sabahangsana (exhilaration). 3) The research results were found that, the training teacher and pre-service teachers have the ability to be a teacher, after using the coaching process with Buddhist principles performance had greater result compare to before applying the process show the statistical significance by .05
