Management Skills of 21st Century School Administrators under the Office of Nakhon Pathom Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

          The purpose of the study was to 1) Management Skills of 21st Century School. 2) compare Management Skills of 21st Century School 3) Development plan Management Skills of 21st Century School. Use the quantitative research. The sample were 302 of the school administrators and teachers of 119 schools. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics that were used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s Method.

          The result found that 1) The research found the management skills of 21st Century School. Overall, it was found that the information contained in high levels, respectively, and the average is team building skills, creative thinking skills, technology/innovation skills, problem solving skills and communication skills. 2) When comparing the management skills of 21st Century School. It was found that communication skills of school administrators are statistical different by.05.3) Development plan: School administrators must have strong team building skills, understand the aims of the organization, assign tasks the individual's potential capabilities and focus on democratic management create morale. Have problem solving skills that are strong, flexible, understanding, changing and solving problems based on experience. Have creative skills that need to change the perspective, think outside as soon as both problem solvers, job improvement, job instructors and thinkers. Have clear communication skills, increase communication channels by using technology and developing skills in using third language in daily life. And having information technology skills and innovation must be open-minded to accept technology modern be a leader in technology and have a case study for innovation development from agencies that are models.
