Management Performance of Salaya Subdistrict Municipality Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

          This article aimed to study 1) the level of leadership, planning, coordination project management, and evaluation and 2) factors affecting management performance of Salaya subdistrict municipality Phutthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province. It is quantitative research, by collecting household representative data under management of Salaya subdistrict municipality Phutthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province 379 households. Determine the sample size of Taro Yamane. The research instruments were questionnaires, data analysis by statistical packages, analysis of hypothesis using statistics, and regression analysis.

          The research results were found as follows: 1) the level of leadership, planning, coordination project management, and evaluation affecting management performance of Salaya subdistrict municipality Phutthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province. As a whole was at a high level and when considering each individual aspect, found, were also at a high level. Included the level of leadership, evaluation, planning, and coordination project management, respectively. 2) factors affecting management performance of Salaya subdistrict municipality Phutthamonthon district, Nakhon Pathom province.
