The Economic Development Model and the Economic Policy Management Yunnan Province, the People's Republic of China

Abstract

               The Strategy and economy of Yunnan Province, the People’s Republic of China has influenced future development, Yunnan Province will become an international trade center on the basis of China-ASEAN Cooperation. Along with Yunnan's abundant tourism resources, it will be a key driver of China's new international growth in population, logistics and energy. Yunnan Province has been promoted to play an important role in driving the China-Laos Economic Corridor through both national policy fundamentals and local operation plans. This is in line with the Chinese government's aim to make this economic corridor an opportunity to directly enhance the development of the western region of the country through building all-dimensional links with neighboring countries. It is piloted by outstanding physical projects including the China-Laos Railway and plans to expand to other areas.
