Abstract

The main objectives of this research are; 1) to study performance efficiency of military officers under the Directorate of Personnel 2) to study the factors that affect the performance efficiency of military officers under the Directorate of Personnel. The population of this study is the military officers under the Directorate of Personnel, divided into 2 levels: 201 commissioned officers and 119 non-commissioned officers. Hence, there is a total of 320 officers. Quantitative research and collect data with questionnaires. The researcher used an application program to analyze statistics. The statistics used in data analysis included descriptions were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test, One-Way ANOVA analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Regression with the stepwise technique were used to test the hypotheses and were carried out in the line with statistical methods by fixing a statistically significant level at 0.05. The results are found from the analysis: The population of this study is the military officers under the Directorate of Personnel total of 320 officers found that the majority of the sample population were male officers. 197 officers, most respondents are between 31 and 40 years old 180 officers, married (which also includes widowed or divorced) 223 officers, was commissioned 201 officers, graduated the bachelor degree 159 officers, level working period 11 to 15 years in operation, and earning average monthly income between 20,001 - 30,000 baht. The performance efficiency of military officers under the Directorate of Personnel was found that they were moderate.
