Administrative Effectiveness of Administrators of Don Tum Subdistrict Administration Organization, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The objective of this research paper was 1) to study the level of administrative effectiveness of the administrators of Don Tum Subdistrict Administration Organization 2) to compare the effectiveness of the administration of Don Tum Subdistrict Administration Organization administrators. Personal factors classify Nakhon Pathom Province and 3) study the problems and obstacles of administration in the Don Tum Subdistrict Administration Organization Nakhon Pathom Province. The population used in the research is people aged 20 and over who are voters who live in the Don Tum Subdistrict Administrative Organization area Nakhon Pathom Province, 370 people. This research is quantitative.Questionnaires collected data. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. 

The research results show that; 1) the administrative effectiveness of the administrators of Don Tum Subdistrict Administration Organization Nakhon Pathom Province overall is at a high level. However, when considering each aspect found that it is at a high level in all aspects, in descending order, service processes, followed by personnel performance, planning, and the property, respectively, 2) the different personal factors in terms of education found to be different in the significant difference at 0.05., and 3) the problems and obstacles were the planning and process.
