Factors Affecting the Quality of Education in Schools Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study executives’ level of leadership factors. educational resources teamwork and corporate culture of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Region 2 2) to learn the educational quality of educational institutions in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Regions 2 and
3) to check the factors affecting the academic quality of the schools in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2 by the samples used in the research. The number of pieces was 361, determined from the tables of Craigie and Morgan. by using the research tool as a questionnaire. The total confidence value was .97. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. And stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that.

1) Factors related to the educational quality of educational institutions: overall, each aspect is at a high level. When considered in order, they are as follows: corporate culture, teamwork Leadership of executives, and educational resources.

2) Educational quality of educational institutions. Both overall and each aspect is at a high level. When considered in order, they are as follows: in administrative and management processes in the process of teaching and learning that focuses on learners and the quality of learners.

3) The factors affecting the quality of education of educational institutions the most were: Educational Resource Factors, corporate culture factors, Executive Leadership Factors, and teamwork factors.
