Abstract

This Article aimed to study the factors affecting the purchasing behavior of consumers in traditional trade stores in Thailand. The research model is a quantitative research) using the concept of consumer behavior as a research framework. The research area is business stores operating in Thailand. A sample of 411 traditional trades in Thailand was used by a proportional selection method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using basic statistics reference statistics.

The objective research results revealed that management innovation directly influenced the perceived value. The value chain directly influenced the perceived value. The perceived value directly influences purchasing behavior. The components of management innovation directly influence purchasing behavior. And the value chain directly influences purchasing behavior.
