Causal Factors of Optimal Workforce Affecting the Organizational Performance for Vocational Education Institute

Abstract

The objectives of this paper were to 1) study the causal factors affecting the optimal workforce and organizational performance for vocational education institutes and 3) construct a model of the optimal force acting organizational performance for vocational education institutes. This research was  qualitative and quantitative. The tools used for data collection were interview forms and online questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results revealed that 1) the causal factors affecting the optimal workforce were human resource management strategy, working time management and teamwork motivation factor. The causal factors affecting the organizational performance were human resource management strategy, working time management, and teamwork motivation factor. Therefore, vocational education institutions can organize development plans in terms of human resource management strategy, working time management, and teamwork motivation for owners of other vocational institutions and can identify the optimal workforce and determine the organizational performance.
